Corrosion Protection and Scale Prevention for Drinking Water

 

 

 

Individual products:

  • For natural aggressive waters as well as partly softened waters after a base exchanger; will mask iron and manganese in water up to a concentration of about 0,4 mg/l and prevents iron and/or manganese containing deposits effectively; corrosion protection via phosphate protective layer.

  • For natural aggressive waters as well as partly softened waters after a base exchanger; will mask iron and manganese in water, no brown water any longer; free of silicates, corrosion protection via phosphates.

  • Corrosion protection for soft, corrosive drinking and process waters with excess of carbonic acid; protection via formation of a phosphate-silicate protection layer; masking iron and manganese, prevents iron and/or manganese containing deposits effectively.

  • Protection based on polysilicates, free of phosphates, for soft and agressive waters with excess of carbonic acid; this silicate injection for protection is effective wth the following metals: Iron, steel, galvanized iron, copper and its alloys, aluminium, lead and nickel.

Combination products:

  • Corrosion protection and scale prevention based on a special combination of silicates and phosphates, for natural agressive waters as well as partly softened waters; prevents iron and/or manganese containing deposits effectively.

  • Powdery protection against cossosion and scale deposits; for natural aggressive waters as well as partly softened waters; hardness stabliziation up to 65°C.

  • Particular combination of silicates and phosphates (ortho- and polyphosphates); will mask iron and manganese in water up to a concentration of about 0,4 mg/l – no brown water any longer.

  • Particular combination of silicates and phosphates (ortho- and polyphosphates); for natural agressive waters as well as partly softened waters; masking iron and manganese, prevents iron and/or manganese containing deposits effectively.

  • Protection for very soft up to medium-hard waters; by means of the specialised combination of silicates and phosphates a particularly good corrosion prevention is achieved; neutralization of agressive carbonic acid via high alkalinity.
