The following products for treatment and protection of closed flow-through cooling systems are available:

Dispersing agents:

  • Boiler scale prevention in closed systems by means of organophosphates.

  • Protection against organic contamination (e.g. oil, dirt particles etc.) by effective and lasting dispersion.

  • Boiler scale prevention in closed systems by dispersion and complexation, by means of specialised polycarbonic acids, N- and P-free

Hardness stabilizers

  • Neutral adjusted boiler scale prevention agent, stable against hydrolysis over a wide pH and temperature range – with concurrent good corrosion protection, and with integrated disinfectant effects.

  • Basically a disinfectant, but which concurrently commands over excellent hardness stabilizing and dispersing qualities – especially for air conditioning units, or even humidifiers.

  • Protection against formation of boiler scale, even under difficult conditions (e.g. a temperature range exceeding 100°C), simultaneously reducing corrosion as well.

Corrosion protection

  • Security for iron, steel, copper and non-ferrous metals, based on cyclic amines, for nonaqueous systems too (e.g. antifreezing agents or hydraulic fluids).

  • Protection by means of a combination of specialised corrosion inhibitors for all metal used in closed cooling circiuts, favored scope of application at higher temperature ranges.

Combination products

  • Corrosion and scale prevention agent for closed cooling systems, based on molybdates.

  • Corrosion and scale prevention agent for closed cooling systems, based on phosphates and sulfite as an oxygen scavenger, including a biocide for fighting microbes; can be used in cold water as well as in warm water systems.

  • Hardness stabilizer especially for cooling circiuts, for which only hard raw water is available – possibly a water hardness up to 60°dH can be stabilized; acts even as a corrosion inhibitor, at higher dosing quantities.

  • Protection via a combination of phosphonic acids and specialised corrosion inhibitors for iron and aluminium; that means hardness stabilization and corrosion protection for alkaline waters without deposition of calcium phosphonates.

  • Neutral adjusted boiler scale prevention agent, stable against hydrolysis over a wide pH and temperature range (even at temperature of more than 100°C) – with concurrent good corrosion protection, and with integrated disinfectant effects, even in the presence of chlorine and bromine, or chlorine dioxide.

  • Zinc containing organophosphate for boiler scale prevention and corrosion protection; works even in the presence of chlorine and bromine, or chlorine dioxide, without any interference.
