Dispersing agent

  • MINIPOL-AD

    Waterstone prevention through dispersion and complex formation, using special polycarboxylic acids, N- and P-free.

  • Water scale prevention in closed systems using organophosphates.

  • Protection against organic contaminants (e.g. oil, dirt particles, etc.) through sustainable dispersion.

Hardness stabilizers

  • Neutral limescale preventative, hydrolysis-stable over a wide pH and temperature range – with good corrosion protection and built-in disinfection effect.

  • MINIPOL-KL

    Actually a disinfectant, but which also has excellent hardness-stabilizing and dispersing properties – especially for air conditioners and humidifiers.

    Hardness stabilizer and disinfectant for combating algae and limescale deposits – especially for decorative fountains (e.g. indoor fountains).

  • MINIPOL-OP

    Protection against limescale formation even under very difficult conditions (e.g. temperature range up to over 100°C), while simultaneously reducing corrosion.

Corrosion protection

  • Protection for iron, steel, copper and non-ferrous metals based on cyclic amines, also for non-aqueous systems (e.g. antifreeze or hydraulic fluids).

     

  • Protection through the combination of special corrosion inhibitors for all metals used in closed cooling circuits, with an application range preferably in the higher temperature range.

     

Combination products

  • Minipol-KW400

    Corrosion and scale prevention agent for cooling circuits – based on molybdate.

  • Corrosion and scale inhibitors based on phosphates and sulfite as an oxygen binder, including biocide for germ control; suitable for use in both cold and hot water systems.

  • Hardness stabilizer specifically for cooling circuits where only hard raw water is available – it can stabilize water hardnesses of up to 60°dH under certain circumstances; at higher dosages it also acts as a corrosion inhibitor.

  • Protection through the combination of phosphonic acids with special corrosion inhibitors for iron and aluminum; this means hardness stabilization and corrosion protection for alkaline waters, without calcium phosphonate precipitation.

     

  • MINIPOL-OP-SPEZIAL

    Neutral limescale inhibitor, hydrolysis-stable over a wide pH range and even at temperatures above 100°C – with good corrosion protection and built-in disinfection effect, even in the presence of chlorine, bromine or chlorine dioxide.

  • Zinc-containing organophosphate for limescale prevention and corrosion protection; also works without restrictions in the presence of chlorine, bromine, or chlorine dioxide.
