    This dosing station is used for the automatic dosing of MAXIPOOL-TOP and for simultaneous automatic pH value regulation.

    How it works

    With the MAXIPOOL method of chlorine-free pool maintenance, liquid oxygen MAXIPOOL-TOP is added every 3-4 weeks. This is done fully automatically using an annual timer, ensuring a specific amount of MAXIPOOL-TOP is added every three weeks.
    Additionally, the pH level is adjusted accordingly via the pH control system.

    The advantage is that virtually fully automatic operation is possible – only MAXIPOOL-FORTE needs to be added at the beginning of the season and checked occasionally.

    This dosing station is used to dispense the solid biocide MIKROBIZID-BRT90 – a bromine-containing biocide in tablet form that effectively combats algae and all types of bacteria (including Legionella and slime bacteria) and is specifically designed for use in industrial water systems.
    MIKROBIZID-BRT90 tablets are inserted into the reservoir by unscrewing the vent.

    The BROMINE DISINFECTANT is installed in a bypass in the cooling circuit, with the duration during which the cooling water flows through the sluice being set using a weekly timer. This duration must be determined through testing.

    The particular advantage of using bromine over using chlorine lies in its effectiveness, especially at higher pH values.

    Bromine has a better disinfection effect than chlorine, while at the same time being less corrosive to metallic materials, especially copper and brass.

    Addition quantities

    Continuous dosing can be achieved using inlet valves or dosing floats; a bromine concentration of 0.5 mg/l is sufficient.
    If the inlet valves are controlled by a timer, a pulse dosing (once or twice a week) can be performed. This is particularly economical for large systems. The bromine concentration should be at least 1.0 mg/l during pulse dosing.
