Water exchange during operation
After extensive preliminary work and testing, we have developed a fully automatic flushing and processing unit (product name APOLLO) in cooperation with partner companies, which makes it possible to carry out the refurbishment of heating and cooling systems during operation.
This makes it possible to change the heating water without having to switch off the heating system.
A water change is necessary in the following cases, among others:
- Antifreeze residue is present in the heating or cooling system and has led to a change in the heating water’s pH level (a sharp drop in pH);
- The water quality does not meet the technical requirements; the pH value is, for example, too high, a problem that occurs particularly in systems with aluminum;
- High chloride levels in the heating or cooling system, caused by poorly flushed water softening systems.

Our technicians arrive, connect the device, set the desired parameters – and let APOLLO do its work. Regular water samples then show the progress of the remediation – once the remediation is complete, the device is removed by our technicians, and your heating or cooling water is like new.
